Get Involved
Main Content
You can get involved to help improve your local area/estate by becoming a Tenant Representative and joining our Neighbourhood Management Co-ordinators on bi-monthly estate walkabouts.
By walking around the estates with our Neighbourhood Management Co-ordinators you can help improve the overall look of the estate by scoring the estate on damage, dog fouling, garden cleanliness, graffiti, grass cutting, hedges, litter, rubbish & abandoned vehicles.
Once the estate has been scored and any problems have been highlighted. Hyndburn Homes will try and implement any changes needed and will deal with any of the issues that arise on the walkabout. You will then be given full feedback on actions taken and be invited to take part on future walkabouts to see if Hyndburn Homes is improving the look of the estates.
Alternatively if you’re unable to commit to bi-monthly walkabouts, then you can score the estates yourself at your convenience and pass all feedback to our Neighbourhood Management Co-ordinators who will action and implement any changes needed.
