Tenants of social landlord Hyndburn Homes have recently been given the opportunity to select new fixtures and fittings for their homes at various open days held around Accrington.
The events organised by Hyndburn Homes and contractors Bramall Construction and The Casey Group have been held so that tenants can come along and choose the kitchens and bathrooms that they would like for their new properties.
Jayne Brignall, Project Coordinator for Hyndburn Homes said: “Asset management are working on phase four of an improvement programme designed to bring all our properties up to the Decent Homes Standard by the end of the year.”
