From November the 12th 2009 all Hyndburn Homes empty properties will be allocated via the sub regional choice based lettings scheme called B-with-us. 21 partner organisations across most of East Lancashire are taking part in this scheme. When you apply for a property with Hyndburn Homes you are also applying for properties with other Social Landlords across Blackburn with Darwen, Pendle and Rossendale Borough Council areas. Instead of having access to 3200 properties which Hyndburn Homes manage you are accessing over 20,000 properties owned by all the organisations involved.
